REQUIRED TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Effective January 28, 2007, all passengers entering the United States are required to have a valid passport. Failure to do so could result in being denied entry. If you are travelling to a foreign country, it is your obligation to obtain all necessary travel documents such as a passport or visa, as directed by Embassies and Consulates. Effective September 18, 2007, all children 12 and over must present a minimum of one piece of Government issued photo ID OR a Birth Certificate and one piece of Government issued ID without a photo. Please note that entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are provided.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once your ticket has been issued, your airfare is guaranteed and no price increases are permitted unless voluntary changes to your itinerary, which could result in additional airfare and penalties. Cancellation of a non-refundable ticket will result in a future travel credit valid for one year from the original purchase date. Please note: Cancellation must be made prior to the original scheduled departure date. Failure to do so will result in the ticket value being forfeited. While travelling outside of your Province of residence, your health coverage is limited.
